What is OUYA all about? OUYA is an android powered game console for the big screen (TVs). The idea here is to remind us how it felt to play games on a wide enough screen and of course with surround sound but still enjoy the experience we get from our Android tablets and Smart phones.

Developers are now presented with an opportunity to develop and publish their games straight to a portal or share platform. The games are FREE TO PLAY or at least to try out for the consumer. Developers will offer free demo games and are invited to test other monetization avenues such as in game purchases, full upgrade purchases or subscriptions. OUYA doubles up as a development kit so anyone can develop games no more expensive SDKs and publish them straight to OUYA.
