Introducing Sports glass Samsungs own version of glass

Samsung steps up yet again in the wearable tech scene by introducing their version of smart glasses. In patent filings at the Korean Intellectual Property Office Samsung shows its design of its glass connected Smartphone this report according to abc News. The glass has earphones built in which offers the users the ability to listen to music and answer phone calls. This becomes one of the major direct rivals to the Google glass and history knows how this goes down. The Samsung design shows a display on the left eyeglass just like one on the Google glass right eyeglass. Although the name of the Samsung version suggests that its glass would be used mostly for sports and outdoor activities. It is yet to be determined if the Sports glass will have a camera and if the Smartphone will be its primary control. Questions about gesture control will also come up depending on the features in the actual wearable technology gadget. Given the Sports glass connectivity to Smartphones the gadget will be able to connect to the internet. Microsoft another player in the wearable technology industry is currently testing its own version of the Smart Glasses so Samsung is not alone in this.
